1. Acceptance of Terms

To use the full services of mekanik4d, users must register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts or using a false identity is a serious violation that may result in permanent suspension.

Users are fully responsible for keeping their password confidential and for all activity that occurs within their account. mekanik4d will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

Identity verification (KYC) is required before users can make any withdrawals. Documents submitted for verification must match the information registered on the account. mekanik4d reserves the right to request additional documents if needed to confirm the validity of a user's identity.

  • The minimum age to register and use the services is as required by applicable law.
  • Using a VPN or identity-concealing tools to manipulate account access is strictly prohibited.
  • Users must update their account information whenever their personal details change.

3. Payment Information and IDR Transactions

All transactions on the mekanik4d platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Users can make deposits and withdrawals using available local Indonesian payment methods, including bank transfers and digital wallets that have partnered with the platform.

Deposits are generally processed quickly, though actual processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the system verification process. Withdrawals require a fully verified account and may take anywhere from a few hours to one business day to process, depending on the policy of the payment method used.

mekanik4d reserves the right to delay or reject any transaction deemed suspicious, including those showing signs of fraud, money laundering, or other violations of these terms. Users must ensure that the bank account or payment account name used matches the registered account data on the platform to avoid delays.

  • Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary depending on the method selected.
  • Any transaction fees, if applicable, will be communicated before the transaction is finalized.
  • Refunds on completed bets cannot be issued unless a technical error verifiable by the system has occurred.

4. User Obligations and Responsibilities

Users whose accounts have been suspended are not permitted to create new accounts during the suspension period. Any attempt to circumvent a suspension by registering under a different identity will be treated as an additional violation and may result in further legal action.

Users also have the right to voluntarily close their accounts by contacting mekanik4d support. Account closure will be processed once all financial obligations have been settled and no transactions are pending. Any remaining balance will be refunded in accordance with the applicable procedure.

6. Intellectual Property Rights and Limitation of Liability

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and visual elements found on the mekanik4d platform are the exclusive property of, or are licensed to, mekanik4d through lawful means. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or using such materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

mekanik4d is not liable for any losses arising from service disruptions beyond the platform's control, including internet network failures, third-party infrastructure outages, or force majeure events. The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability for a full 24 hours.

The platform is also not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party websites that may be linked from within the platform. Users who access external links do so at their own risk and responsibility.

7. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
